HOW WE SEND YOUR ORDER We dispatch from our own premises and confirm the details with you before anything leaves us. High-value items travel insured, and we tell you the carrier and any tracking reference as soon as we have it. WHEN IT LEAVES US Most orders are prepared within a few working days. Anything made, sized or engraved to order takes longer, and we agree that timing with you at the point of order rather than quoting a figure here. DELIVERY CHARGES Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Where we deliver free above a certain value, the checkout applies it for you. ADDRESSES AND FAILED DELIVERIES Please check the delivery address before you confirm. If a parcel comes back to us because nobody could take it or the address was wrong, email us at [email protected] and we will arrange to send it again. WHEN SOMETHING GOES MISSING OR ARRIVES DAMAGED Tell us as soon as you notice, and keep the packaging. We take it up with the carrier ourselves — that is our job, not yours.
